Walt Liquor

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, DJ Walt Liquor is a creative force and music executive that has enjoyed over 20 years in the entertainment industry. He’s been a successful DJ, artist, producer/engineer, and talent manager for Grammy & BET Award winning, and nominated artists, producers, and songwriters. Walt Liquor's entertainment career began when he started DJing at 12 years old. “I started spinning my friend’s birthdays and house parties for $50. Soon, I was DJing all of the dances and rallies at local junior high schools. I was the only kid in the school who was on the school’s payroll,” Walt remembers, “before I even left Junior High, I began to DJ rallies and dances for high schools in the area and by 15 years old, I was DJing at the local nightclubs.” As the artist/producer/engineer, Eclipse 427, he was instrumental in the formation of the Bay Area independent hip-hop scene of the late 90s on all sides of the creative process.
