Radomír D. Kokeš

Radomír D. Kokeš (1982) is assistant professor at the Department of Film Studies and Audiovisual Culture (Masaryk University). He examines the history of film style and narrative of Czech cinema, constructive principles of Hollywood films, features of serial fictional worlds and narrativity of very long films. He published two books: Rozbor filmu [Film Analysis] (2015) and Světy na pokračování [Worlds To Be Continued: Analysis of the Possibilities of Serial Storytelling] (2016). He's also a head of the independent scholarly society Brněnský naratologický kroužek [Brno Narratological Circle].
