Anthropologist with a deep passion for music, since early childhood. I grew up surrounded by the music my father used to listen, so I had the chance to take glimpses into countless musical genres and hundreds of albums played on various old school equipment, which changed throughout the years, in communist and then post-communist Romania. In my 20's I started to discover ska, reggae, dub and bass culture genres, which I fell in love with, until nowadays. When it comes to music I am really polyvalent, but my main interests are in the following areas: world music genres (with a focus on Afro Carribean music, Latin underground and Tropical sounds), bass culture genres, funk&nu-funk, deep house, experimental electronica and psychedelic staff.
