Mick Hey

My love of Old school house music began in 1991 at the age of 15. I would spend most weekends in The Waterfront in Skipton or Carlo's in Colne. I instantly fell in love with the music and the whole scene. I would spend Saturday mornings in the Listening Booth or Mix Music looking for my favourite record on vinyl. Later into the 90's I went to clubs including Zone, Bowlers, Angles, Ark, Love To Be, Gate crasher, Club XTC, Tall Trees and many more. As my record collection grew I bought my first set of decks, I played on them for several years before deciding to go digital about 2015. I have Played at several venues in the North of England and held a weekly residency on Audio Damage radio. My partner and I currently play at The Venue in Skipton. Check out the events page for details.
