London-based hip-hop head Hannah Faith shows us exactly where her music taste is at with this soulfully-inclined mix packed with jams from recent and of late. The young talent began experimenting with mixing and and selecting combining songs that she came across on the internet with classic hip-hop tracks. She then became recognised for her skilful online mixes, following her first release titled BLOWN.
Influenced by classic artists such as J Dilla, Pete Rock, Gil Scott Heron, Solange and her music collective Soulection, Hannah has put together a Highsnobiety Mixtape showcasing her musical inclinations which celebrates the launch of our collaborative adidas Originals zine. Titled “The Street Icon Issue”, it includes editorials featuring upcoming collection as well as features that explore the dynamic nature of street culture and how it has a knock-on effect throughout cultures, much like some of the music Hannah Faith selected in this mixtape.
