His oldest brother would also Dj by having huge parties from home in the 80's. By this time his cousin began working at the radio station WTLC known as The Lover Man Jerry Wade. As time went on DJ HD / DJ Up All Night would begin working for William Mays who owned many popular nightclubs around Indianapolis. He then went on to become Kentucky State University DJ while managing a nightclub. He then opened a clothing shop and began promoting various events some of which he would DJ.
