DJ Leanne has been a House Music DJ for 2 decades. She spins an infectious brand of funky, dirty, bass-line friendly Deep & Tech House, which is her true passion! She recently DJ'ed The Living Room stage at The Shambhala Music Festival (2022) and The Groove Cruise Miami ( 2020 & 2019. Leanne has spun opening sets for Mark Farina, Kaskade, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Boy George, Armand Van Helden aka Duck Sauce & Miguel Migs. She's had 10+ nightclub DJ residencies (The Lotus, Shine, Celebrities Nightclub & Sonar) and created Western Canada’s first DJ School 'The Rhythm Institute'. She's produced & hosted the underground House Music radio shows 'Fresh Air' & 'GirlOnWax Radio' and is currently the CEO of GirlOnWax Entertainment. DJ Leanne Career Highlights: Opening DJ set for The Red Hot Chili Peppers; DJ’ing for Sarah McLachlan on the Lilith Fair tour and DJ'ing an event for Prince William, Kate Middleton and the PM.
