Dj Kimani started djing in 2000 in Newcastle. Soon after that he was spinning at various hot spots Newcastle (Fannys Night Club, The Brewery and Mercury bar to name a few.) He later became know for playing the latest RnB and Hip Hop record and breaking new records in clubs while keeping patrons dancing. In 2004 Dj Kimani got into turntablism and after traveling and djing in Africa 2006, he moved to Sydney bringing with him his unique style to Sydney clubs. There he also spun and hosted a radio show with Dj Mr Phat know as The Mixtape Show 93.7fm. The radio show was ground breaking in introducing crunk to Sydney airwaves as well as the latest in RnB and Hip Hop. In 2006 to 2008 Dj Kimani also became the official dj for the female rap group KillaKweenz. Kimani toured with the group performing, djing and suporting international acts such as Bone Thugs N Harmony, Dj Serah Love, Sayo, Juacali at various venues in QLD, WA, NSW and Victoria.
