Alan Mackenzie was in a big pop dance band. He also makes new records. He plays music for people to dance to. Sometimes they don't. Runs 'Retroforward'. Guests have included Paranoid London, Andrew Weatherall, Sean Johnston, Justin Roberstson, Mark Seven, Kelvin Andrews, Chris Duckenfield, Pete Herbert and The Idjut Boys, amongst others. Makes records with his pal, Chris, under the guise of Field Of Dreams. They're quite good.
