Tony Rosie plays an eclectic mix of Funk, Soul, Hip Hop, Neo Soul, Nu-Jazz, Jazz, Disco, Ambient. He demonstrates a deep understanding of music and rhythm due to his Cape Verdian routes. He has DJed in fashionable bars of Bairro Alto, Lisbon and London where he now resides. Tony Rosie is a DJ who has quickly gained his place on the London scene. He has played alongside Jazzie B (SOUL II SOUL) on a regular basis as well as spots with the likes of Jerry Dammers (The Specials) and Ashley Beedle. He had a show at the online Radio called "Rewind Collector" at InvaderFm. Co-founder of the collective Phono&Stereo, held a residency at the Social for the weekly hip hop night "Vesuvio".
