Penly: In the early 90's I started playing vinyl under the name DaveS. Because I went out a lot in Belgium, I was infected with the harder styles of house music and I mainly played Hard Trance / Techno music, with the Bonzai records label as my favorite. With music by Yves de Ruyter and Mike Push. In the late 90s and early 2000s, I regularly visited Tiësto's record store in Breda to buy the latest vinyls from the record label Magik, Blackhole and In Trance We Trust. Under the name DaveS I have played in various clubs in the Netherlands, Belgium and also in Greece. I stopped playing because something serious happened in my private life. But after a long time during the lockdown I started playing vinyl and digital again under the name Dj Penly For example, last October I participated for the 4th time in a vinyl marathon during the Amsterdam Dance Event, which was a great experience.
