Almost Balearic - probably Leftfield - definitely Eclectic Mickey Billberg is a Danish/Swedish DJ and record producer who has been spinning records for more than 4 decades around the globe and still going strong. Billberg began his DJ-career at a young age and quickly rose to become a household name in various trendsetting clubs like; "Subwave", "Baby", "U-Matic", "Kennedy Club" and "SubAxel" in Copenhagen, to name a few. In the early nineties he became the first Danish artist signing on the legendary "Coma Records" under his alter ego; TBM 1 In 1993 Billberg founded the label 'Smart Records', where he (amongst others) released 'TBM 1', 'Fletch', 'Gozzle', 'Astral Projection', 'Winx', 'Paz', 'Hallucinogen', 'Total Eclipse', 'Dance United', 'The Sphinx' and 'The O.T. Quartet'. Numerous artists, including Billy Idol, Lelia K, Yosh, Mukkaa, Rapino Brothers, Marc Antoine and Josh Wink found their way to Billberg's re-mixing console.
