Celebrating one of the most incredible voices ever to appear on record, this 75 minute Chaka Khan Special is an almost non-stop mix-up (besides a brief intro and outro) of some of the singer's best tracks. Last month Chaka released a new independent single called 'I Love Myself' (we love you too Chaka), and so besides a fresh Qubonix remix of that single you'll hear tunes from many of the funky LPs she recorded with Rufus, some career-spanning collaborations with folks like De La Soul and super-bassist/vocalist Me’shell Ndegeocello, as well terrific cover versions including the one she did of those 3 jive-talkin' Queensland boys to kick things off.
